Well, you can call us consistent. SunCal's King was the first to go clean again in the Grand Primo de Ascona. There were 56 starters, with several of the best in the world like Markus Fuchs (winner of the event 6 times in a row)and Lars Nieburg (a German rider who has won everything) just to name a couple. We ended up 9th place. Very exciting! Twindoline was 8th place in his 6/7 yr final today as well.
Hope everyone is doing well there,

Hello to all! Wow, what a great weekend we had here in Italy. Twindoline followed up his win with a 6th and 7th place in the 7 yr old classes. The jumps here for the 7 yr olds are 1.40m, we were so proud of him.
Now let's talk about the Grand Prix... Not only were the jumps HUGE, but the best in the world were here. Let me drop a few names; Jos Lansink (reining World Champion, Ludgar Beerbaum, Markus Ehning(World Cup Finals winner Kuala Lumpur), Jerry Smith, John Whitaker, Christian Allman, Jeron Dubbledom, Otto Becker just to name a few. So when Pete and I were the first ones to go clean in the Grand Prix it was sooo exciting. We ended up 9th place. What a great end to a great week.
We are off to Ascona, Switzerland next. Will keep you all posted,
Joie
